ABOUT Connie

Empowering Children with Cerebral Palsy

Connie is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with over six years of experience working closely with children with cerebral palsy. Her passion lies in empowering young individuals with neuromotor challenges through movement, strength, and evidence-based physical development.

With a strong background in adaptive training, Connie specialises in designing and delivering tailored strength and conditioning programs that enhance functional ability, motor skills, and overall physical confidence in children with CP.

Currently pursuing a PhD, Connie is actively researching the long-term benefits of strength training for children with cerebral palsy. Her academic work focuses on how resistance-based exercise can support functional independence, reduce spasticity, and improve quality of life.

Through her ongoing practice and research, Connie is committed to bridging the gap between science and real-world application—ensuring every child has access to safe, effective, and enjoyable movement experiences.
